This policy explains what information Get EraserImg collects, why it is collected and how it is used. It applies to everyone who creates an account, browses the catalog or completes a purchase.

Information we collect

• Account details: full name, email address and a securely hashed password.
• Purchase records: product purchased, amount, currency, payment provider and status.
• License activity: the domain a license is activated on and activation timestamps.
• Basic technical data such as IP address, used for fraud prevention and rate limiting.

How we use it

Your information is used to create and secure your account, deliver license keys, process payments, respond to support requests and meet our legal and tax obligations. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Payment data

Card and wallet details are handled directly by our payment providers, Paddle and Stripe. Get EraserImg never stores full card numbers or wallet credentials on its own servers. For orders placed through Paddle, Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record and processes your billing information under its own privacy policy. For orders placed through Stripe, Stripe processes the payment on our behalf under its own privacy policy, while Get EraserImg remains the seller of record. Data retention

Account and purchase records are kept for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to meet accounting and legal requirements. You can request deletion of your account by contacting support.

Your rights

You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccurate details or request that your account be closed. Reach out through the support address in your purchase confirmation email and we will respond as soon as possible.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to protect checkout from abuse. We do not use third party advertising cookies.
