Refund policy

Get EraserImg sells digital products. The full source code and license key are delivered immediately after payment. Because of this refund requests are reviewed case by case rather than granted automatically.

When a refund may apply

• The product fails to run as described on its listing after following the setup guide.
• You were charged more than once for the same order due to a payment error.
• The wrong product or license was issued because of a fault on our side.

When a refund does not apply

• You changed your mind after downloading and reviewing the source code.
• The product does not fit a use case that was not stated on the listing.
• You are unable to deploy the product due to your own hosting or technical setup.

How to request one

Contact support within seven days of purchase using the address in your confirmation email. Include your order reference and a clear description of the issue. Most requests are reviewed within two business days.

Refund method

Paddle is the Merchant of Record for every order and handles approved refunds directly, following Paddle's own buyer terms. Processing time depends on your bank or card issuer. It typically takes five to ten business days to reflect on your statement.

License after a refund

Once a refund is issued the associated license key is revoked. Any active domain activation is removed at the same time.
