Terms of service

These terms govern your use of Get EraserImg and any product you purchase through it. By creating an account or completing a purchase you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree with any part of them please do not use the site.

What you are buying

Each listing on Get EraserImg is a self hosted software license. When you complete a purchase you receive the full source code for that product along with a license key. The license key ties the product to a single domain at a time. It can be moved between domains from your dashboard.

License scope

• One license activates on one live domain at a time.
• Localhost and staging environments are never restricted by the license check.
• You may modify the source code for your own deployment.
• Reselling or redistributing the source code itself is not permitted unless stated otherwise on the product page.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account. Let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. You can create an account with an email and password, or by signing in with Google; how we handle either method is described in our privacy policy.

Payments

Purchases are processed through Paddle. Full pricing and currency details are covered on our payment methods page. Refunds are handled according to our refund policy.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all orders. Paddle provides all customer service for those orders and handles returns for them. Paddle's own buyer terms apply in addition to these terms. You can review them at checkout.

Availability

We aim to keep checkout available at all times. The same goes for license activation and the dashboard. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be kept as brief as possible.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Meaningful changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
