Terms of service

These terms govern your use of Get EraserImg and any product you purchase through it. By creating an account or completing a purchase you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree with any part of them please do not use the site.

What you are buying

Each listing on Get EraserImg is a self-hosted software license. When you complete a purchase you receive the full source code for that product along with a license key. The license key ties the product to a single domain at a time and can be moved between domains from your dashboard.

License scope

• One license activates on one live domain at a time.
• Localhost and staging environments are never restricted by the license check.
• You may modify the source code for your own deployment.
• Reselling or redistributing the source code itself is not permitted unless stated otherwise on the product page.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Payments

Purchases are processed through one of two payment providers, Paddle or Stripe. Pricing, currency handling and provider specific details are covered in our payment methods page. Refunds are handled according to our refund policy.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller, Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all orders processed through Paddle, and provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns for those orders. Paddle's own buyer terms, available at checkout, apply in addition to these terms. For orders processed through Stripe, Get EraserImg remains the seller and merchant of record; Stripe only processes the payment on our behalf and never takes ownership of the transaction.

Availability

We aim to keep checkout, license activation and the dashboard available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be kept as brief as possible.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Meaningful changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
